Family-owned Since 1986, we are rooted in tradition and built on heart. Founded by Lucas and Mirta after immigrating from Cuba in the late 70s, Cacique was proudly carried on by their son, Selim. Today, we continue his legacy, keeping his recipes, care, and hospitality alive.
